If you had a choice between killing and eating a human versus killing and eating a rodent you'd kill the rodent because you don't have the balls to kill the human let alone eat them. Edgelord posting isn't going to help your case, either.

Bob would have very little nutritional value based purely on what it takes to become that fat and maintain it and the fact that most of his body mass (and what you would be eating) would be pure, unappetizing, unhealthy fats. Probably 99% saturated.
Add to that you probably have no problem eating plenty of animals that are just as disgusting as rats because you don't realize it.
