Yup sadly anything from Funi in burgerland had over 9000. Even the Ocean Group VAs can't explain where it came from.

The Hindi dub that has the 9000 number is specifically based on the original Ocean dub right down to the Haim Saban/ Shuki Levy soundtrack. Dunno about the Croat version.
Funimation loves to re-use old scripts. Lazy cunts. When they finally got ahold of the first DB movie in 2010 their dub script was just scrubbed from the 1995 version which itself was aparently scrubbed from HArmony Gold.
The post Saban Ocrean group dub used Funimations scripts but sometimes changed it for no real reason.
