Except the Diablo thing led to people who never clicked on his videos giving all his videos thumbs down, except thumbs down on YouTube does the exact same thing as thumbs up, so if anything it probably helped him.

Nintendo realizing that selling pictures of your work for a book does not equal fair use and sues pat. One can dream.

I wonder how he's getting away with his "book." He just repackaged other people photos and art and gave a quick blurb-review and rating.

Screenshots aren't a copyright violation, neither is it illegal to hire ghostwriters.
Using Nintendo's name symbol is a trademark violation, though.
