He's pissed the sales team is doing their job - ie selling their products to him and getting him on the hook - then investigating and cancelling everything when they find out how fucked his finances are.

They probably didn't look into things too much and just wanted to get him interested in refinancing. A lot of the offers those salespeople throw out there are only to people "who qualify" and guess what nigga? You don't qualify! Oh, so sorry! What a shame! I guess you'll just have to deal with our default rate... Oh, you don't qualify for that either? How sad...
He's just mad that the bank guys are too smart and greedy to just let this fat pig off the hook. They know he's good for the $100,000 he owes on that CT Khando. And they're gonna get their pound of flesh from it, since they know damn well that khando ain't worth but half what he overpayed for it now. They might have to work to get piggy to cough up, but they're being paid for that.

DSP has admitted multiple times he still owes about $100,000 on the condo. I don't know exactly what its value is now, but I believe it was worth around 50k last time someone checked. He owes way more than it's worth and no bank is going to risk losing out on $50k just to take the L. JUST letting him off the hook and selling the condo themselves would lose them $50,000 or so.
That's why I say they won't make it easy. He's fucking with a bank's money and they don't tolerate that.
Edit: And it's not even true that he can't afford the khando. He just can't afford the khando along with all the other bullshit he's wasting money on. They have accountants and they can figure that out for themselves. A bitch who makes $120k a year can afford two $1500 payments.
