Women love to argue about old shit. They never truly get over anything. Their victimhood is sacred to them. They need it.
The reason for this is simple: Women pretty much never, in 999 cases out of 1,000, have anything cool going on. If Alison had a vision for her channel and was obsessed with it and working on it everyday, she would be past this Channel Awesome drama. She'd be too busy. But she doesn't have that. Instead, she has a channel full of lazy, uninsightful hack jokes about old TV shows and easy target "bad movies". She's an inferior copy of what her arch-enemies, Doge and now Brad, do and she knows it.
Meanwhile, Brad, as irritating as he can be, is still a guy and I think he's obsessed with what he does and he simply can't relate to Alison's PROUD instistence on never getting over feeling disrespected six years ago.
