Same difference. He's going to be rolled over the Wall once Trump finishes it.
Is he actually deportable? Or was he born in America?
Well, Puerto Rico is US commonwealth. Besides, I'm fairly certain he's a US citizen no matter what so deportation is out of the picture, sadly.
What about exile?

Are citizens actually exiled from the USA ever?

Maybe exiling Jaded José could be sold as an humanitarian act. "Exile him away from Taco Bell, before he becomes Boogie!"

Because of his typical Latin American heritage, it's only natural that he'll annually become more obese over time. It'll still take a while before he morphs from DSP to Puerto Rican Steven Jay Williams.

I imagine terrorists are, especially if you count Guantanamo as exile

Don't burguerstanis turn a blind eye to the whole deportation thing? Like, they could round up all the illegals (taking canada, japan, etc, also into account) but wouldn't the administrative costs offset a lot more than the actual cost of the illegal in the country?

Only citizens that gained their citizenship through naturalization can be exiled so he gets to stay unfortunately.

So he gets to have brownie points for being an oppressed minority AND preach about the struggles of being an inmigrant?

Bloody hell, shoot me now.

I don't. It's US soil. That's the whole point of it. I don't think the USA even have a law to exile US citizens. Wouldn't make any sense anyway. So off it is to the most terrible shithole that's still the USA on paper.
And it's incarceration and not exiling anyway.

So José can tell his buddies it's okay to come over since nothing happens even when found out?
