As I understand, he may be running out of options to come out to the clearnet; every retard who promised him safe harbor has been forced to renege on that promise. KF may be from now eternally relegated to Tor, which will make the users even more insufferable due to muh sekrit club.

I don't see any way that he could set up a clearnet website or mirror without inevitably losing it when the transsexual hit squad fires up their complaint forms and hits up the host.
