He's gone from (not)catchphrases to reusing the same jokey characters over and over again. Like "Bill" and "the Chart Guys" and "Dancing Darth Vader".

The Chart Guys really get me. For his costume, Rob's wearing a hat with an index card taped on the front that says "I *heart* charts" in felt marker. It's just so effortless.

Honestly, that's even dumber than when they were just wearing suits(not giving them anything else is actually sort of effective, since they're just faceless executives).
