Sick Fuck, he was fatter in those pictures you posted than in the last couple of years. He did lose a bit of weight over the years while in Seattle. But in the most recent period of the last few months, DSP seems to have gained a ton of weight. Everyone has been noticing it in videos. He was always fat, but his features are really starting to stretch and distort. What you're doing there is comparing some old photos when he was fatter with the photos of the new, fatter DSP post-Leanna. For all I know, the weight he's gained recently brought him back up to his old level. But now he's older of course, and so he looks a lot worse.

Oh, I didn't think it was possible for Phil to do something right, like losing weight. I still think that first photo to the left makes him look slimmer simply because he moved his head in such way that his skin stretched and you couldn't see his double chin.

Here, you can check out the goutfarmer himself in motion. I don't have a good comparison video for you. I guess something from late 2016 would work fine. See, Leanna was doing all the cooking while they were living together. DSP would eat out once a week for his DSP Tries It (aka Feed The Gout), but he CLAIMS she was cooking the rest of the time. He says it was healthy stuff, but I think it's more likely he just wasn't allowed to eat as much junk because she was monitoring his intake. He lost around 10-15 pounds from his fattest, but it wasn't like he was THIN or anything.

It's just my suspicion going off how bad DSP looks now, specifically how bad he's started looking in the last few months, but I think he's a good 20 pounds up on where he was at the start of the year. His chins are sagging way more than usual and he seems a lot more slovenly and unkempt.
