The whole concept of "gender" - whatever this bullshit word is actually supposed to mean - was never anything other than a pseudo-scientific shield to cover groundless pretences of sex-obsessed freaks.

Coming back to something that actually exist, namely sex, I recall having read about a very rare birth defect in case of which the child's body develops contrary to the right sex, represented in the DNA. I have also read about cases where the neonate was born with hermaphroditism and one of the genitals have been removed on parents' arbitrary choice instead of checking the DNA. If any of these is actually real, then I feel really sorry for the people affected by such unfortunate conditions. Cases like these usually manifest themselves later and differently than usual sob-tales on "disphoria" - usually as infertility, gynaecomastia, other hormonal problems.

Meanwhile I do not recall any vocal le trans™ ever mentioning any of the above. They seem more to be just the new emo kids, only instead of cutting themselves, they "change sex le gender". They come up with a fanfiction about themselves and insist on it becoming reality everybody else confirming it as real.
