I've never smoked, not even weed. I would drink few times a year in my 20's because it really "opened" me up socially but even then I just don't care anymore.

If I smoked until I got cancer and still managed to live until age 60, I'd feel pretty at peace with it. That's a long time for someone making one of the worst legal substance use decisions available.

Surprisingly, the only person confirmed to have lived more than 120 years actually smoked for a good amount of it. To be fair, she was apparently a light smoker.

It's really just a matter of probabilities when it comes to smoking. It dramatically increases your odds of getting all kinds of diseases, but doesn't guarantee them.
