They just didn't get around to giving him those strikes on his account.

I'm literally stunned that he can think so far ahead.
Autism attracts more autism. Sooner or later, an internet nobody will attract the exact kind of fans - and detractors - he deserves.

Oh, wow. Now BSV went on the SoK and according to the summary I'm getting from Twitter/Kiwis, he's doing some good old live lolcow sperging, and in fact may be legitimate autistic (which mashes oh so well with half the SoK spergs). I may be bothered to download this when they post it on Soundcloud, just for that trainwreck..

He hates to ask for money guiz, which is why he's been doing it nonstop since the start of 2017 and shows no signs of stopping ever.

It's never his own fault for putting up "quality content" that is extremely vulnerable to being autoflagged, and then relying on his managed partnership to protect his channel from being taken down... Which he can no longer do. Gotta blame them trolls.
For all anyone knows, Rockstar themselves struck his channel because of the shitloads of rockstar games with copyrighted music he had posted to DSPgaming.
IF it was a troll, the troll should know that false flags won't stick. All this does is feed DSP's ego. Some of the best lulz we've gotten from DSP lately have been completely unprovoked. He'll just start going off on his twitch chat, shitting on his hardcore viewers or choosing to buy an entire gaming console for ONE GAME, then going ape and ranting about lag, dood, when he inevitably gets his ass kicked.

Silly me, over here uploading videos for fun and not caring if I don't make shekels from it.

Re: DSP Thread: Bugged Forum mechanics
I wouldn't be surprised if it was a troll. Why would Rockstar suddenly copyright strike his account?
Re: DSP Thread: Bugged Forum mechanics
I got a copyright claim from Take Two Interactive for playing some GTAV and putting it on to youtube.
FYI, it was played via twitch on the PS4. So all the copyrighted music was already filtered out automatically. I think the video was 6 minutes long or so. There weren't any cutscenes in it, just some boring stuff to just find out how the PS4 sharing button worked at all in combination with twitch. On a youtube account with less 100 subs with no monetisation active.
Rockstar must have actively shut him.

He recently played Rockstar games. Also he's LP'd them before and got hit back then too.
Rockstar just does this. Way back when it was a controversy Rockstar took down entire channels for any and all footage of GTA4. He still hasn't learned from past experiences, as usual. Though now he doesn't have a proper managed partnership to help him out.

Re: DSP Thread: Bugged Forum mechanics
It would just make more sense to me if he was playing a Rockstar game currently. I'm listening to the audio right now and it seems like it targeted every Rockstar playthrough he's ever done. Even if this is the kind of thing Rockstar does, I dunno, it seems kind of specific. Especially since they're all part 1 of the playthroughs. It looks false to me because I think if it was legit it would have been random parts of the playthrough and definitely more than just one of each playthrough as well.aboveup wrote: ↑Sun Jul 09, 2017 9:55 amHe recently played Rockstar games. Re: DSP Thread: Bugged Forum mechanics
So I did a little more "research," by which I mean lurking and shitposting, of course.
King of Pol had an interesting idea. I think he's right. Like I've said before, he's been pretty on with his DSP criticisms. I wouldn't watch him for political shit, but I think he's ok for DSP stuff.
He noticed in his stream lately that DSP actually TAGGED Rockstar in DSP's recent Red Dead playthrough. So, DSP uploaded a shitload of RDR videos that tagged Rockstar. Rockstar probably found out some guy was tagging them in 200 new videos, went to see what they were, saw their IP being used and applied manual strikes to the opening video of every Rockstar playlist on DSP's channel. As KoP said, a robot could have flagged every single video DSP ever made with Rockstar shit in it. But a human wouldn't waste their time-they'd flag the first video in every playlist and move on.
Also, DSP says there are only 2 strikes from Rockstar. KoP said he checked and every video taken down for copyright should be its own strike. There should be something like 7 strikes from Rockstar, not 2. No idea who is right. Could be some of the strikes were rolled up into a single "copyright strike" to the channel.
DSP says he knows the strikes are false, but that makes no sense. He immediately counterclaimed the videos, so the person/company applying the strikes was immediately required to prove they owned the content. It'd be hard for a troll to fake that.
Striking part 1 of every playthrough makes sense if it's a Rockstar employee taking time out of their work day to check out DSP's channel (to see who was fucking tagging them in hundreds of videos
). No human has the time to flag every video DSP uploads in all his rockstar LPs.
