AFAIK two-spirit is just transgender, but it's a Native American thing so you're also doing some cultural appropriation while sounding like an even more special snowflake.

Two Spirits is that thing I say I identify as at work to piss off my manager. He threatened to actually go in to the system and change my gender to that so I stopped lol.

I'm just under him and still have to delegate to the rest of the work force and he would totally insist everyone refer to me as such.
