From what I understand, Overwatch is so buggy and unbalanced that it doesn't really matter if you're using a joystick, mouse +keyboard, or the fucking garbage Kinectic - you still can do fairly well by sheer dumb luck of bugged hitboxes and the usual Blizzard PVp balance fare.
