He'll lose weight while he's in the hospital on a monitored diet (unless someone sneaks him food, which often happens), but within a year of the weight loss surgery, I'd be willing to wager he'll have undone most of it. He'll probably convince himself that staying around 500 or 480 pounds counts as "a success" and consider the taxpayer dollarinos well-spent.

Of course he'll find a way to eat way too much in hospital.

That is if the surgery actually happens. That shit gotta put a lot of strain on his body. I don't want to be the doctor that has to do it.

It's a very real problem. I'm surprised there's a doctor out there willing to operate on him WITHOUT any requirement for Boogie to lose some fucking weight. It'll be a total waste. So glad Boogie was able to qualify for better and cheaper medical care thanks to Obama.

I honestly want booger to live as long as possible. The sooner he dies, the louder his praises will be sung from the rafters as a martyr and hero of the vidjya community.
