It's not that unreasonable if he has never been to a dentist and never brushes his teeth. Also, they don't qualify for payments because I assume they have rock bottom credit.

That would be the cherry on top. If you don't even do so much as brush your fucking teeth and then go whining about a high dentist bill, it deserve to have your rotten teeth kicked in. Or pulled out like they did in the Middle Ages. That'd probably be the funnier option for spectators.

Dentistry is one of the most over valued professions in the medical field. I got a couple of small cavities and have been putting off having them filled because that alone is a couple hundred I don't want to spend.
