I don't pay attention to Lupa's Twitter, but I saw a few replies to her Robert Downey Jr tweet. I almost posted it here, but didn't because her tweet wasn't even very interesting.

Surprised it went badly for her.

Lupa is so boring nowadays that even her drama is boring. It's more low-key similar to Power Rangers SPD twitter drama compared to when she was calling Brad a pedophile or raging against Doge. She hasn't really improved as a person, she just stopped instigating drama. She just gets involved with other people's dramas like Marzgurl, or call outs against Kiwi Farms like Lucas John Roberts or Byuu.

There is no "deserve" with an asking price. Universally beloved multimillionaire RDJ, who amazingly they don't seem to have shit on, isn't required to take any role at all. Not for money, not for fame and certainly no capehit role for his ego.
He wanted 95 mil, they paid 95 mil. Simple as that.

The debate over Downey's salary is commie retardation. They seem to think that it's gift that Disney is giving him. They can't wrap their heads around that the 95 million is an INVESTMENT. Disney will make that money back. Even if the movie is bad, it's going to be a hit. If people like it, it will not only be an even bigger hit, but it could revive the brand.

Some of my favorite clueless responses that I saw (yes, I searched Twitter for something like "Robert Downey" and "95" a few days ago) were from people who insisted that the MCU is doing just fine and there's no reason to bring back Downey.

I searched for comments from Movieblob because he always has some defense for EVERY MCU thing, but curiously couldn't find anything. However, he tweets 500 times a day so maybe I missed it.

That should be blatantly apparent to anyone. RDJ can just retire or only act in little passion projects. I don't see what's so difficult to understand about that.
If I was as rich as he is I'd ask for a ridiculous sum as well to make it worth even getting out of bed for. Especially for something as bereft of merit as some bad capeshit movie.
