Yeah, garages are supposed to be sturdy enough to protect a car from the elements, but that looks like it could have blown away in a storm. Hell, look at how thin that tree is, no way that should have done much damage except maybe a hole.

I wonder if the tree falling was something he could have prevented, or was one of those freak occurrences.

What I mean is that obviously, sometimes a tree just falls the fuck over. You get a windstorm or some shit and boom down goes the power and somebody's house gets fucked.

But sometimes a tree is rotting or dead or badly unstable, as well as situated too close to a nearby building, and the person who owns the property just lets the shit sit there forever. Until, finally, it falls over.

Just curious if I can find a way to call cockslut negligent, or if there was "nothing he could do, dood."

I think you've got a good point. Most trees in residential areas are planted and raised purposefully to be tilted away(very slightly as to not be noticable) away from residences.
