That's just him whoring himself for more attention. He has to make up new diseases or issues in order to keep the sympathy flow. I'll believe it when the fat fuck confirms it. What we have now is "I think I might have a tumor because I'm not losing weight as fast as I should be", and I'll rather believe that he has chicken wing inside his head than anything he claims until some solid proof.
Steven Williams, just like John Bain, is a cockroach that will fight to the bitter end, despite having no redeeming qualities to exist. He'll continue with this shitshow as long as he can, saving lives in process.
