I am afraid that could be it. He keeps making those, or short video closeups on his twitter just so you can see his disgusting teeth really well. He just doesn't give a shit at all, since people endorse him anyways. He probably dresses up only when he makes videos, or when his wife invites some people over.

It is not photoshopped, or at the very least not by him. I believe Booger's story though, because it's plausable and hillarious.
