It's pretty clear how it went looking at his channel. He got like, 20-30 views for his regular stuff. But every time he makes a video about Spoony or TGWTG it gets well over 1k views, often over 10k.
So he latches his entire online presense to that one thing for free clicks.

Re: DSP Thread: Bugged Forum mechanics
I dunno, didn't he sidestep the adsense blacklist by using Pandalee's info? I don't think he could pull something like that a second time.

Re: DSP Thread: Bugged Forum mechanics
Considering the amount of views recently removed from his channel, it's probably 7. Maybe a middle ground, like 4-5. But I really doubt it's just two. http://puu.sh/wFppE/10d83fb966.png For context, if you delete a video, or YouTube removes it. The views also get taken out of your account's total vi...

Re: DSP Thread: Bugged Forum mechanics
I wouldn't be surprised if it was a troll. Why would Rockstar suddenly copyright strike his account? He recently played Rockstar games. Also he's LP'd them before and got hit back then too. Rockstar just does this. Way back when it was a controversy Rockstar took down entire channels for any and al...

It's leftover from the days you'd get paid per click directly. So he'd cut his videos up in as many pieces as he could, to spread his content over as many clicks as he could justify to an audience. Re: Doge Walker and Channel Awesome
Hey, he's got a 10-year "legacy" and actually still gets decent views despite having a shit product. DSP, this could have been you if you were a little bit less of a cunt. Not even that much less. Its quite a paradox that Phil isn't more popular than he is, He has more videos than any other single ...

Re: TFS got copyright struck again
Definitely. Anime is usually a gigantic loss to create and air on TV in Japan. They make up for it with aggressive merch sales and stupidly expensive bluray releases. But even then, lots of studios are struggling keeping afloat when an expected major series bombs.

Re: DSP Thread: Bugged Forum mechanics
He's pretty much on a negative feedback loop where whenever he's losing viewership and subs, he ups his streaming rate, which in turn increases his VoD dumping rate, which in turn alienates his viewers more. He's leaking subscribers at a rapid pace now, and it's only going faster as time passes.
