This might not count as a phrase exactly, but why the fuck do so many people say "is" twice? "The thing is is that..." or "The point is is that..." or whatever. If there is one truly legit complaint against Doge, it's that he lets Michaud and Rob run rampant. Both are somewhat understandable though (Michaud is literally his boss, and it's very hard to restrain your own brother)
