It's funny nobody has mentioned the word "consumer" when used in modern vernacular outside of its intended negative connotations or the corporate speak when talking about future products. It has seeped in everyday conversations and articles so fucking much that it has replaced "customer" to a disturbing extend and it doesn't help that every motherufucker out there says "consumer" with the widest fucking smile they have. Fuck them and fuck the dicks they choke on. Useless wastes of skin and oxygen, the lot of them.

The only thing consumers out there should consume is a lot of lead, preferably administrated from a machine gun or an StG44./Edgepost

The correct term for that is escort anyway. "Sex worker" is often used by feminists and former "sex workers" describing their former profession to make it sound nicer.Like calling rape a "struggle snuggle".
And you know it probably works. Not with rich twats who would get an escort like...say Bloomberg, but with lower class twats who would fuck...say Alison Rapp. The kind of twats who are not good or rich enough for an escort but too rich and too good for an ordinary old whore or prostitute.

Funny thing is, we had the whole "sex worker" thing for a long time as a blanket statement for every type out there : prostitutes, whores(they are very different things over here) and escorts.

A pretentious one that wants to downplay being a whore.
Downplaying being a whore is...not really a bad idea. For many reasons. Off the top of my head, to avoid law enforcement (although I'm not really sure 'sex worker' accomplishes that)
They aren't trying to HIDE being a whore, they are trying to act like they are above other sluts even though they are no better. It's a blatant language trick straight from PR.

and to attract high priced clientele who don't want some street skank

"Guitar music" is about as specific as "Sing music".
I'd say that at least 'Sing music' would be a little bit more specific because that would exclude instrumentals, most classical, and rap, which is not 'sung' but rather 'spoken'

'Guitar music' could be anything with a guitar in it.
