MGS2 was kino. Fuck yourselves.

In other cuck things. Guess who's buying Fable: Anniversary?! :D
Ah, you're buying inferior overpriced "remaster" of a classic game, I see. Shame you can't buy the original digitally and it's probably not in a good shape to be played on a modern hardware anyways. The Anniversary feels like it was "improved" by some chinese company.

As for Witcher 2 few pages ago, I played W2 on the hardest difficult with combat rebalance mod - which wasn't smart. The game is difficult, and since I am not fond of Dark Souls games or anything like that, I was regularly getting punished. The worst thing was that the mod was kinda broken on the highest difficulty and caused certain enemy at the end of Act 2 to be invincible (when you're playing as the dead hero on the battlefield), so I had to cheat to get through it  But first time playing it, I was getting smacked left and right. It's difficult - Leto in the first act is a beast and a challenge for anyone, at least for the first time. First game was nowhere near as hard, because it has completely different gameplay.

I like W2 more than three though - over all, as a package, third is superiour. But I think they got the tone right in the second one, third is honestly kinda crappy when it comes to storytelling, because it goes against what Witcher was about to begin with - Geralt is anti-hero, he's not here to save the world. So what do they do with W3? He goes on a journey to save the world... It's well done game and many parts are very entertaining and even well written, but it's shame that it's also very safe - what can I say, it's made for western public, for Murricans. It had to be dumbed down, they wouldn't understand a game about political machinations. They ruin everything.

I remember W3 reveal trailers, they had very different scenes with some of the main characters, I can only guess how different the game initially was supposed to be.

I put about 4 hours in I think. Art style always repelled me. I've never been able to into any Valve game tbh.

I played about 50 hours of that shit back when steam was a relatively new thing, but I got out well before any of the loot box bullshit came in. Far as I'm concerned, it's just another overwatch now.

I don't even know if these games are even connected (aside from sharing the same developer and part of the title). I haven't really had time to delve into the depth that is Falcom lore.
All I know is that the cover of the "original" is kino.
