10°C is exactly 50°F.
Room temperature is 21°C, comfortable weather in a sweater is 15°C. Sure, you can go check your mail, take out the trash or get something from the car at 0 in a t-shirt, but at anything under 20°C it's too cold for shorts for longer than a few minutes. 10°C is not 'busride to go shopping in shorts' kinda weather.

I'm not even talking about the sandals. She wears socks and has nothing but sandals, guaranteed. I've had hambeast as employees and their feet are too fat for proper shoes.

Her having enough fat insulation is really the only reason this makes sense. 'Cause I'm pretty sure Leaves know how to dress for the winter.

Close enough, it's closer to 50 in burger from what I can remember.
10C with sandals and short is not that surprising if you consider how massive she is. He wouldn't probably even feel it was cold.
However, I don't agree with keeper thing. Let her be without it, that way she might be actual genetical dead end and not breed. Well, only breed in her violent nightmares™

Public transportation is awful for reasons like that. Imagine being a poorfag that has to take the bus and your reward is seeing that hideous beast in a getup like that.
